Pine Bluff received 4 inches of rain in 24 hours. Here is some of the Watson Chapel area at Taft and Hagan drive as well as the area just south of Cycle & Marine Supercenter. We took a boat and motored through out the woods that are normally completely dry. Also the Pine Bluff Firemen filled sand bags to be used to protect houses from being flooded.
